When booking you pay 100% upfront, but that money does not go to the musician right away: it stays in escrow. At the event, before the group starts to play, you scan the musician's QR code and at that moment the payment is released. If the group doesn't show up, there is no QR to scan and the money is not released. In addition, the Serenattia team confirms the availability of each booking, each group's price is published, and there is no exclusivity: you can compare and choose freely. If you need an invoice, it can be issued, and the VAT (IVA, 16%) is added to the total.
