We started to make live music accessible
Serenattia was born in 2024 in Mexico City, founded by musicians and entrepreneurs who were tired of booking live music being complicated, expensive and without guarantees.
Neither side can find the other
Mexico is full of extraordinary musicians who live on referrals and a phone number passed around by word of mouth. If nobody gives out your contact, you don't exist. And on the other side, someone planning their wedding ends up booking blind, without knowing what it costs or who they're paying.
Serenattia was born in Mérida to close that gap: give every musician a profile with their price, photos and repertoire, so whoever is looking can find them and book them with no middlemen and no haggling. The first profiles were built one by one, talking to each musician on WhatsApp. They're still built that way.

Every decision we make starts with one question: does this improve musicians' lives or the experience of the people booking them? If the answer is yes to both, we do it.
Trust and transparency
We publish our prices with no fine print. The musician receives 100% of their rate and the client pays a 10% service fee (minimum $200 MXN), shown itemized before paying. Musicians know exactly what they earn and clients know exactly what they pay.

Serenattia didn't come out of an office or a funding round. It came from noticing something that happens all the time in Mexico: an incredible musician goes without work because nobody knows they exist, while someone ten minutes away can't find anyone to hire for their wedding.
Christian built the platform and has been reaching out to musicians one by one ever since. He messages them on WhatsApp, builds their profile, gets their photos and explains how it works as many times as it takes. There's no sales team: there's one person answering messages, even on Sundays.
That's where the one non-negotiable rule comes from: the musician receives 100% of their rate. The service fee is paid by the client separately, on top of the price. Once you've sat and listened to dozens of musicians describe how people haggle over their work, charging them a commission on top stops being an option.
Today the platform operates in Mérida, Valladolid, Progreso, Cancún, Campeche and Mexico City. It's a young, small project, and we say so plainly: the numbers you see here are the real ones.
